I worked with Alla on the same team for a few years, and I had the opportunity to observe her exceptional contributions to our company during her time here. Her impact has been nothing short of outstanding. It's important to highlight her achievements in several key areas. Challenge Taker: Alla's fearless approach to challenges has set her apart during her journey with us. Through her day-to-day work and innovative approach, she consistently pushed the boundaries in HRM. One of the most noteworthy examples of her work was the PM Good News Conf #2 in 2021. She took it upon herself to create the conference from scratch, pouring her heart and soul into it, and the results exceeded all expectations. Collaborator and Catalyst for Change: Alla has been instrumental in fostering collaboration and driving positive organizational change. Her focus on teamwork has consistently delivered exceptional results. She took the initiative to bridge the gap between HRM and PMO, achieving remarkable outcomes for both departments. She charted a new path forward, marked by continuous improvement for all SoftServe communities. Transforming Engagement and Branding: Alla's impact goes beyond just internal improvements; she has also made a significant mark externally. PM Game, a project she spearheaded, exemplifies her influence within our company. This engagement activity has become a staple among SoftServe PMs. It has positioned our brand as a hub for exceptional professionals who share their expertise through an innovative gaming format. Alla's vision and dedication to PM Game, specifically tailored to engage our most demanding audience, have been a resounding success. Her commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting various locations in achieving outstanding results has been invaluable. Alla's contributions have been transformative, and her commitment to excellence, collaborative spirit, and capacity to drive lasting change have made her an indispensable asset to our organization. I have missed her here.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Alla in the content marketing direction, and every time it was well-structured, goal-oriented, and smooth collaboration. Alla has brilliant English writing skills and a creative view of design, so she is a professional content creator. Also, Alla showed herself as a great community manager. It's also worth admitting the well-developed time management skills that she has. Thank you, Alla, for being so professional and human-centric in cooperation.

We worked together at SoftServe, and Alla was growing the PM community internally and externally. During our collaboration, she was always responsive, proactive, and creative. She could go an extra mile in all her projects to ensure the best results. One of my favorite project with Alla is the PM Talks – we organized Instagram posts and stories from top PMs at SoftServe with Alla's assistance and shared knowledge with the followers about PM practices. Alla is very structure and responsible on her job, she sets clear rules of collaboration and follows them to ensure clarity and perfect strategy execution. We also collaborated on different Internal Communications projects, and Alla always prepared creative and catchy pieces of content. She experiments with formats, set new trends in our internal social media Workplace from Meta, and always strived for hjgh-quality targeted communication for her projects.

Alla is a super enthusiastic, proactive professional with a strong sense of commitment. I had the pleasure to cooperate with her within the PMO community at SoftServe and my experience was highly positive. Alla is a good community leader, creative, polite, listens to the opinions of others, and is open to different ideas.
